Beef Quesadillas
4 tortillas filled with a spiced beef, mixed bean, mozzarella & jalapeño filling.

Fry (from defrost): Remove all packaging. Brush the quesadillas with oil and place in a pre-heated frying pan for 3 minutes. Turn the quesadillas over and cook for a further 3 minutes.
Oven (from frozen): Remove all packaging and pre-heat oven to 200°C / 180°C Fan / Gas Mark 6. Place the quesadillas on a baking tray for 6 minutes. Turn the quesadillas over and cook for a further 6-8 minutes, until golden brown.
Allow to stand for 1 minute before serving. Serve piping hot.
